Welcome to the Document Cloud API Portal. Here you’ll learn more about how to integrate Document Cloud technology into your applications. If you’re looking for our desktop Acrobat SDK or our eSign APIs, you’re not in the right place yet— click here to navigate to our introductory page instead.
As a reminder, these APIs are offered under our DC API prerelease program, and you’ve agreed: (1) to an NDA, and (2) not to use them for production use.
To use our APIs, you’ll need to create an API key, and learn how to use JWT. These details, as well as API specific documentation, downloadable samples, libraries, etc, are available within this portal.

PDF Services Overview
The Document Cloud APIs initially offer access to the services we deliver to our end users at cloud.acrobat.com. If you’re familiar with our CreatePDF, ExportPDF, or other services, you’ll have a good sense of how these APIs work, as they share the same underlying engines.
