Adobe I/O Authentication Guide

Adobe uses trusted security standards, such as OAuth and JSON Web Token (JWT) to keep your apps and your users secure. All requests to Adobe I/O APIs must contain valid credentials to authenticate the identity of your app, and of your end-user), and must be authorized by Adobe for the intended type of access.

To get started using Adobe I/O APis, you create an Integration with a particular API or service. The integration process create an App Key, which establishes the identity of your app as an API cliient, and credentials that grant your app access to the API.

These pages provide an overview of the different kinds of Integrations, describe how to create an Integration in the Adobe I/O Console (or Admin Console), and give instructions and examples of the process.
